  • 3 cups (360g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup (96g) King Arthur Almond Flour
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • zest (grated rind) of 2 medium limes
  • 6 tablespoons (85g) butter, cold, cut into pats
  • 1 1/4 cups (284g) heavy cream or whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract
  • additional King Arthur Almond Flour, for dusting the top; optional
  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup (227g) heavy cream or whipping cream, cold
  • 3 tablespoons (21g) confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract
