  • 150ml honey or maple syrup
  • zest of an unwaxed orange
  • zest of an unwaxed lemon
  • 4 medium organic eggs
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
