  • 1 pound sliced mushrooms (cremini, button, shiitake and/or oyster)
  • 3/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup long grain white rice
  • 2 to 3 cups shredded leftover cooked chicken
  • 4 to 5 handfuls baby spinach
