  • 1/2 Cup cooked lentils reserved from Lentil Soup recipe
  • 1/4 Cup lentil soup
  • 3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 bunch parsley, leaves picked and washed
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 Pound carrots, peeled
  • 1/2 Cup flour
